Earth Overshoot Day 27 September 2011 - Baruzzo launches Recyclable Xmas
Baruzzo Chocolate Xmas Collections will be themed, designed and packed keeping one important concept in mind: RECYCLE.
Xmas is a joyful time. Unluckily it is the time of the year when most of the packaging is produced, used, wasted, and thrown away.
Baruzzo's packaging will not only be recyclable, will be reusable.

| Cocoa plants produce oxygen |
Similarly to the way a bank statement tracks income against expenditures, Global Footprint Network’s methodology tracks human demand on nature – from filtering CO2 to producing the raw materials for food – against nature’s capacity to regenerate those resources and absorb the waste. Our research shows that in approximately nine months, we have demanded a level of services from nature equivalent to what the planet can provide for all of 2012. We maintain this deficit by depleting stocks of things like fish and trees, and by accumulating waste such as carbon dioxide in the atmosphere and the ocean.

Yael & The Chocolate Festivals in London: mix a sweet smile with great experience in events = @TheChocFestival
The Chocolate Festival in London is coming really soon, 9 to 11 December this year.
Yael Rose, who runs the Chocolate Festivals, is the perfect combination of extensive experience of managing events, passion for chocolate and a charming smile that changes your mood.
She is particularly fond of small chocolate producers and if asked about it she confesses:
"The more good chocolate you taste, the less likely you are to enjoy the cheap, mass-produced chocolate on offer."
We could not agree more!
