Queen Jubilee Celebration on Regent's Canal in London

Baruzzo Chocolate is all excited for the Jubilee celebrations in London. The city looks amazing, with all the flags and the yellow warm sun up in the sky.

It is really difficult to go home in the evening, the air atmosphere is just too enjoyable to resist it: you just want to stay out a little longer!

Our pop up shop on the Regent's Canal, at Towpath Cafe', is doing great (you should come visit and explore the summer collection: lots of surprising treats, gorgeous shapes and creative ideas).

Last weekend the crowd was lively and happy with the hot weather. People was warming up in the sun, finally enjoying the British Summer (at last!!).

This weekend is a big one, so we expect it to be even busier!

The queen Jubilee is an amazing moment, one of those once-in-a-lifetime events that one really doesn't want to miss out! Hurray!

London Chocolate Pop Up Events: Towpath by Whitmore Bridge, Regents Canal N1 5SB

This weekend Baruzzo Chocolate is preparing a surprise for all the chocolate fanatics in London: a pop up chocolate shop at Towpath, the genious restaurant on the Regents Canal.

For the weekend all the best creation from Baruzzo are going to be available for those who come and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the Canal.

Towpath is in an amazing spot in town, where the food and the identity are charming and unusual.

As Time Out puts it:

Towpath is a venture from esteemed Italian-American food writer Lori De Mori and her husband, the equally esteemed food photographer Jason Lowe.
Towpath is an idyllic place to stop and take in the passing water, ducks and people. Since opening in 2010, it has been committed to serving simple, tasty food and coffee. Wooden tables and chairs in a mix of primary colours sit alongside mirrored tables that reflect the sunlight bouncing off the water; seating also extends a little further west on a raised deck complete with cycle parking.

Come and visit Baruzzo this weekend, you will find our classics, our new Spring Chocolates and the amazing atmosphere of Towpath to enjoy and relax.

Towpath is at the Whitmore Bridge on the Regents Canal N1 5SB London

Baruzzo Chocolate at Michael Warren's Art Exhibition in Battersea Park, London

Baruzzo gave its arty chocolates for a glorious event night last week: painter Michael Warren's exhibition opening.

The opening night was invitation only and was hosted at the Gallery around the Corner, on the gorgeous Battersea Park Road.

The rooms were busy with curious artists, collectors and chatty pr people.

Michael Warren was featuring curator Nadia Spita and her collection of art from Italian emerging artists, included as part of his own exhibition.

and offering the chocolate to curious art lovers
Micheal Warren is a celebrated painter, specialized in beautifully textured oils on canvas. His work include memorable scenes of London and mysterious Londoners.

One thing that could not be missed during the night was beauty. Warren's fascinating variety of blue shades in the canvasses on the walls was just compelling. Exploring his works, one after the other was an irresistible pleasure.

The crowd was lively and moved through the different areas, enjoying exciting conversations, Italian wine and Baruzzo colourful chocolates.

How to host a perfect chocolate event in London: ask Rachel!

Baruzzo Chocolate event last Friday was surprisingly crowded. Those of you who have attended a chocolate workshop before know that Raffaella Baruzzo usually works with groups of 15/20 (we have a nice group tonight at Vini Italiani in South Kensington).

Last friday the number was VERY different: we had more than 80 guests (people kept signing up and wanted to attend!). It was an incredible surprise and we all welcomed it very happily.

Raffaella gave her interactive speech, involving her audience in the talk and playing with the people in the venue. Six amazing boys and girls helped the chocolate to circulate quickly around the room as Raffaella was explaining it.

The thing worked really well and after the Q&A part, the evening was wrapped up with a nice toast (and more chocolates).

We had a little stand in the back: we sold out everything in less than 15 minutes and had to take orders for all of those who wanted to buy more or did not get there in time.

It was exciting! Working with Rachel Heathfield and the staff was just easy and made the all night flow without problems, even if the number was 4 times bigger than what we are used to.

A special thank you to all of those who helped so much: Katie, Sonny, Jake, Dylan, Harry, Caroline, Joanna and Alice! What a team! These people are AMAZING!
